Attention Students, Landlords (LL’s) and Property Managers (PM’s)!
We are in the process of transitioning to a NEW on-line rental listing system that will provide better and faster service to our customers. This database has been selected for the following reasons:
- expanded search capabilities
- client posting capabilities
- increased security of database
- digital photo upload feature
The new system gives LL’s and PM’s the ability to personally submit listings which will save time, increase accuracy and give students quicker access to available properties. It also allows students to submit roommate needed as well as roommate available listings. In addition, the system has an image download feature, allowing students, LL’s and PM’s to upload digital photos.
Between July 3 – 30, our current database and the NEW system will be available for searching. However, only new listings will be found in the new system. Students searching for available properties can, and should, search in both systems. If you are a student searching for available properties you only need your eID and password to access either database.
If you are a LL or PM, to enter listings in our new database, you need to set up an account. This process takes just a few minutes. Please click here to link to the registration screen. You’ll need a password and a hint question/answer when you register. Once you submit your registration form you will be sent an email in less than five minutes to confirm that your account has been set up and to provide you with your user number. Be sure to print off this email and retain it for future use.
Once you have your user number, you can log-in and begin listing your properties. Between now and July 30, as listings expire in the old database, we will contact LL’s and PM’s and encourage them to enter their property in our new system. On July 31, the old database will be retired. If you have any questions, please call 970-491-2248.
