Colorado State University students will meet with the Fort Collins City Council tonight on campus to discuss housing issues and "bridge the gap" between city officials and students. A Fort Collins judge Monday threw out the case against a Loveland man for allegedly violating Fort Collins' three-unrelated law after ruling the city's use of a car log kept by a neighbor was insufficient evidence to prove over-occupancy.
